Climate and weather in Hua Hin

There are three seasons, in Hua Hin the dry season (March-September), the rainy season (October-November) and the warm season (November-March). For most westerners, this translates to "hot," "really hot," and "really hot and wet."

Hua Hin has one of the lowest rainfalls of any beach area in Thailand and the weather is not hot but refreshed by a cooling sea breeze. Hua Hin was chosen as the Royal resort due to the excellent weather and climate.

The rain is usually heavy for a short period of time. This is really refreshing as it cools down the atmosphere. Yearly rainfall is 1000 mm of which 700 mm falls in the rainy season.
